Privacy Policy
Last updated October 15, 2026
Provocative Adventures is operated by Cranial Thunder LLC, a New York company ("we", "us"). This policy covers this website, provocativeadventures.com. It explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
The details you share with us during a curated experience, such as questionnaire answers, are covered by your client agreement with us, not by this page.
What we collect
When you apply for Chapter One
- Your name or names, email address, and confirmation that you are an established couple.
- Optionally, a phone number, your city, and any notes you choose to add.
When you use the contact form
- Your name, email address, the topic you pick, and your message.
With every form
- Your IP address and the time you sent it. We use these to stop spam and abuse.
- To limit repeat submissions, our server keeps a one-way hash of your IP address for one hour, then discards it.
When you visit any page
- Our web server records standard request logs: IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. Logs are kept for about 15 weeks, then deleted.
What we do not do
- We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking scripts.
- We host our own fonts, so loading a page does not contact Google or other font services.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
Spam protection
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated spam. When a form loads, Turnstile receives technical information from your browser, such as your IP address and browser characteristics. It does not set advertising cookies. See Cloudflare's privacy policy and the Turnstile privacy addendum.
How we use it
- To review your application and reply to you.
- To answer your questions and requests.
- To keep this website secure and working.
Form submissions are delivered as email to our own mail server. Only the people who review applications can read them.
How long we keep it
We keep applications and messages as long as we need them to respond, to plan an experience you book, and to meet legal and tax requirements. If you do not go forward with us, we delete your application within 12 months. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Use the contact form and choose "Privacy request". We will confirm your request using the email address you gave us and respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act may give you further rights. We honor these requests for everyone, wherever you live.
Security
This site is served only over encrypted HTTPS. We limit who can access submissions and take reasonable steps to protect them, in line with New York's SHIELD Act. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.
Age
Our experiences are for adults. This website is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will apply only to information collected after the change.
